3D Sleep Mask for Side Sleepers
Designed for people who change sleeping positions throughout the night, this 3D Sleep Mask uses a contoured eye-space structure to reduce direct pressure around the eyes while providing a more comfortable fit for side, back and multi-position sleepers.
Traditional flat sleep masks can press against the eyelids when the head turns against a pillow, creating unwanted pressure and potentially disturbing eyelashes or lash extensions. This design approaches the problem differently by creating structured clearance around the eye area, allowing the mask to maintain its shape while reducing direct contact with the eyes.
The 3D construction provides additional space for the eyelids and lashes, making the mask suitable for consumers who wear lash extensions or prefer a non-contact eye area while sleeping.
The product is engineered around a simple idea:
Your sleep mask should adapt to your sleeping position—not fight against it.
More importantly, this product demonstrates our ability to develop sleep products around real human movement and changing usage conditions.
We don't simply make a softer sleep mask. We study how facial contact changes when users sleep on their side, back or in different positions, then develop the 3D geometry, eye clearance and pressure distribution around those behaviors.
As a Sleep Technology Innovation Partner for DTC Brands, we support product development from consumer insight and market opportunity discovery to ergonomic structure design, eye-space optimization, material selection, prototype testing, customization and scalable OEM/ODM production.
